預(yù)付費(fèi)射頻卡售電管理系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程是：首先給用戶(hù)安裝電能表，然后用戶(hù)到營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)申請(qǐng)開(kāi)戶(hù)，再次營(yíng)業(yè)員根據(jù)用戶(hù)信息開(kāi)戶(hù)辦卡，同時(shí)可以辦理交款售電，用戶(hù)帶回售電卡往電能表刷卡。
